To enhance your experience, each section includes a video companion designed to guide you through the material. You can choose to:

  • Watch or listen to the video first for a high-level overview and guided insight before diving into the workbook section, or

  • Work through the section and video together for a more interactive, step-by-step experience.

The video companions are here to support your self-paced journey—helping you feel guided, grounded, and confident as you move through your own process of balance and growth.
