If you are unsure where to begin, the Behavior Change Intensive (6 weeks) is often the best starting point. It provides enough time to develop meaningful strategies and begin building habits that support long-term change. Clients who are looking for deeper support or longer-term lifestyle integration may prefer the 12-week Lifestyle Integration experience. What happens after my coaching program ends? Many clients feel confident continuing independently after completing their coaching experience, while others choose to extend their coaching support as they continue working toward new goals.
