Cancellation Policy
Please note that our refund policy allows for cancellation within 7 days of purchase if you haven't yet scheduled your first session. Once the first session has been scheduled you may receive a 50% refund if you decide not to proceed with coaching. After completing the first session, there is no refund available (unless you complete all 6 sessions within 6 consecutive weeks). Rescheduling - To cancel or reschedule you must do so within 24 hours. No shows or last minute cancellations will result in session forfeiture. Only one reschedule per session, or that session will be forfeited. Rescheduling or canceling with less than 24 hours will void the opportunity to receive the $120 final refund.
