A 6 part series exploring 8 all dimensions of wellness to audit your current your habits, lifestyle and goals, for your best well-being.
This course pairs 6 sessions for self-paced exploration with 3 virtual group discussions to dive into the concepts and applications of each dimension of wellnes. Begin with an audit of your current well-being and proceed with weekly (pre-recorded video) sessions on each dimension of wellness to break down barriers and discover the key to well-being.
Space is limited and cohorts are small to foster greater attention and connection within the group.
