A 6 part series exploring 8 all dimensions of wellness to audit your current your habits, lifestyle and goals, for your best well-being.

We'll begin with an audit of our current well-being and proceed with weekly discussions on each dimension of wellness to break down barriers and discover the key to well-beiing.
