One benefit of having a birthday so close to thanksgiving is that i’m always reminded to be grateful for each year! Its such a blessing and this one is big #Dirty30 ! I can’t wait to party away the last of my 20s and usher in a new year with my best girls & alllll the #champagne (obvi).
Because its all about #balance & I REFUSE to limit myself on my birthday (or any day for that matter).
I made sure to plan a couple quick, easy, fun workouts to make sure I can really enjoy the weekend! This preparty workout is one of them and the perfect way to assure that I don’t think twice about enjoying birthday cake! This workout is a quick 15 min circuit. Follow the directions and demo in the video then repeat the whole thing as many times as you can in 15 mins! You’ll break a sweat, feel the burn, and earn alll the bubbly drinks you want!
