You may not know this but I’m all about balance. I truly believe that being your healthiest, happiest self requires balance. Its important to find something you love, to keep you motivated, excited and working hard. But in order to see progress and improvement over time, its also important to have variety and challenge your body in different ways.
That is the foundation or my barre based monthly workouts. You can do them anywhere, any time and feel sure that you’re getting an all around, effective, challenging workout. I designed three levels to help you find whats best for you right now. With the knowledge that, as you master your current level, there is more to come!
